If you are from the US, Canada, Australia or the UK, we have good news! You do not need to apply for a visa to enter Colombia as long as your trip is for tourism or business. You can stay up to 90 days, with the possibility of extending your stay if you fall in love with the country.
2. Is it safe to tour southern Colombia in 2025?
Yes. The routes and destinations included have tourist infrastructure and local support. We recommend not traveling to remote areas after dark.
3. What vaccines do I need for this trip?
We recommend yellow fever (important for Tatacoa and rural sectors), as well as being up to date on tetanus, hepatitis A/B and flu.
4. What fitness level do I need?
Moderate level: desert walks, ascent to Puracé volcano and archaeological tours. The itinerary can be adapted to your pace and condition.
5. Is it suitable for teens and older adults?
Yes. The trip is designed for multigenerational families, with accessible lodgings and cultural activities suitable for all ages.
